I’m Mark Sulleza, a technical lead with eight years in software.

I build AI tooling that is cheap to run and hard to misuse: a coding agent tuned to DeepSeek’s prefix cache, a proxy that runs Claude Code on cheaper models, MCP servers with hard limits. On the side: an air-con controller, a solar dashboard, a cashflow planner, a launcher for a retro handheld.
